Day 187 – Wednesday 19 October -Digoin

Surprise- surprise, two Blog’s  in 2 days after not posting for a few weeks.  I have found a very welcoming young persons centre near the boat who let me log in to their internet as I look like a young  person so I am taking advantage of this opportunity, and any way I do look like young enough from here I am going down to the travel agents to book an 18-30 holiday!!

This a shot taken on the way to Digoin from Pierrefitte, it shows clearly, or perhaps not so clearly that the weather has changed and we are well into autumn, but  I still have my shorts on but not for long I fear as  the temperature has dropped 12 degrees in 24 hours, yesterday 22o today 10o

The spiders on the front of the boat are particularly active at this time.

The very pleasant mooring at Digoin

Terry shot these two photos a few hours ago, glorious ending to a beautiful summer

We are here until the weekend when we will move to the first lock on the Canal Du Centre for a 0900 locking on Monday.  We are told that many boats are waiting at the other end of the canal at Chalon so it should be an eventful trip next week.Posted by Picasa
